Dec 22, 2009Pool Member Status question
Hi - just been looking at the above iRule by Chetan Bhatt and wanted to have a go at applying it to an LTM I admin but the first step where you create a cron job that runs the bigpipe command doesn't appear to tie up with any output from our LTM - is this version specific or something?
ie.
b pool all member all | grep pool_
this doesn't produce any output at all - is there alternative to this?
There is no "pool_" in the output.
This is on an LTM 6400 running 9.4.5
Thanks - Julian.

Hi Julian,
There are specific version where you have to tweak the code. For example on v10 class object calls are different then v9. However, in the samples section there are different versions posted up to handle some of them differences.
In your case it's possible that b pool all member all doesn't work
Have you tried "b pool all | grep pool_"
I hope this helps
