Pool Issue
Hi Experts,
We have a VS_1 associated with a pool_1. pool_1 is associated with a https monitor, and monitor is showing ALL pool members as Inactive, forced down.
What is the meaning of inactive, forced down?
Probing further, i found this..
a. Pool members are port 443 enabled, and comms from/to from the pool members is happening fine.
b. Monitor is sending a get request to the pool members and seeing for 200 ok msg.
c. I did a openssl and pool members and found 401 Not authorized msg.
what does this mean? Does it mean the object on pool members side has some issue?
Will a VS, whose all the pool members are Inactive, forced down Or Down, process traffic or it won't?
thanks -gensek

Had seen the link nitass, not of much help.
What does 'inactive, forced down' signify as far as pool member status is concerned? And, will a Virtual Server process incoming traffic if ALL its pool members staus is Down with respect to monitor?
