PN agent
I'd like to know if there is a way to answer both Webtop (replacement of Web Interface) AND Citrix Receiver (formely PNAgent).
I used the iApp to configure my Webtop, but I can modify it (I already did to make XenDesktop availiable).
Thanks

Hi Sylvain,
Page 23 of the citrix deployment guide runs through the configuration changes needed to support PNAgent when using webtops.

Let me know if this resolved your question.

I did the configuration that you pointed me, but it didn't resolved my issue.
Do I have a setting to do on the Policy it self
Here is My policy
Start ---> Logon Page --> Ad Auth --> Variable Assign --> Full Resource Assign --> Allow
-------------------------------------------------------> Deny - Can you please advise which version of Receiver you're testing with?

Do I need to have a Citrix Web Interface XenApp Services or the Big-IP can allow the apps to be availiable directly - Greg_Crosby_319Historic F5 AccountThe current supported version of Citrix receiver is documented here: http://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/products/big-ip_apm/manuals/product/apm-clientcompmatrix-11-1-0.html
3.1.0.64091 appears to be the full windows client, do you know if it is the Enterprise version or the full windows client. Currently the client needs to be the Enterprise addition in order to support PNAgent using webtops. BIG-IP can provide published applications for Receiver directly as well. What do APM logs show? Does the user authenticate when Receiver connects directly? That would be a first step to begin troubleshooting. A review of decrypted TCPDUMP will help to determine what is going on, but knowing whether authentication passes first is important as well.

It's an Enterprise Version
If I go in Add / Remove Programs, I have Citrix Receiver (Enterprise) - Sylvain_Q

I have Citrix Receiver could not contact the server..
I'm able to have access to the web page to authenticate me. But if I enter the url "https://URL/Citrix/PnAgent/Config.xml... It can't connect
I think it something with the SSO (I didn't entered the SSO anywhere) - Greg_Crosby_319Historic F5 AccountThe template adds a stream profile to your virtual server handling client requests (_WEB_WEBUI virtual server), can you confirm the stream file is still attached? It is required for PNAgent and mobile client requests.
