I'd like to know if there is a way to answer both Webtop (replacement of Web Interface) AND Citrix Receiver (formely PNAgent).     I used the iApp to configure my Webtop, but I can modify it ...

BIG-IP can provide published applications for Receiver directly as well. What do APM logs show? Does the user authenticate when Receiver connects directly? That would be a first step to begin troubleshooting. A review of decrypted TCPDUMP will help to determine what is going on, but knowing whether authentication passes first is important as well.
