I have Citrix Receiver could not contact the server..

 

 

I'm able to have access to the web page to authenticate me. But if I enter the url "https://URL/Citrix/PnAgent/Config.xml... It can't connect

 

 

I think it something with the SSO (I didn't entered the SSO anywhere)
