Is it possible to acheive the persistence using the Jsessionid if the pool members (i.e real servers) configured with unique session id ?

NimbostratusRaj: Absolutely. Do a search for Jsessionid and you'll see several options come up. Note that I recommend a oneconnect profile with a /32 mask as well.
