Performing a clean installation over GTM

What does performing a clean installation over GTM mean. Our GTM seems to be generating huge amounts of traffic. We raised concerns with F5 and they say GTM seems to be affected with Virus and asked to perform Clean installation. We don't have support from f5 until Monday so need immediate assistance

it means what it says, you would reinstall the software and start with a clean slate. then relicense, configure the GTM again. you would have to perhaps restore you current config or maybe even wiser configure it by hand to make sure nothing bad is restored. also make sure you password are strong to prevent this from happening again.
