Passing POOL members into External Monitor

I have managed to get an External Monitor working py passing the IP and Pool in from the monittor screen via the use of variables.   How to I moniitor the health of each member of a pool from this ...

The member IP and port are passed to an external script as $1 and $2. You can use this template as a guide:
