Partition refuses to delete!

I have a partition that refuses to delete. It is empty, I have double-triple checked, but when I try and delete it from the GUI or command line I get the following error...     0107082a:3:...

Sorry to reply you late. I checked this in the LAB. Please check for if you have created a user in DEVPART partition. Delete the User and then try to delete the partition. Reply if this solves the issue.
