CirrusHello Stefan, what version of the code is installed on your F5 box ? I have a very similar issue with OWA 2013 ( https://devcentral.f5.com/questions/f5-apm-owa-o365-sso-form-based-authentication-issues ), in my case the user gets logged out right after his webmail's landing page is displayed and I haven't found out yet what's causing this behaviour.
Any chance you could share your config ?
