My first thought would be to check out the latest Exchange iApp and associated deployment guide. Even if you don't use the iApp it gives you the steps to do this manually.

If you want to deploy it manually, you must create an access profile and a websso profile (kerberos, basic, form, etc. depending on the Exchange server authentication method configured)

 

Be aware that basic, ntlm and http form auth require you to ask the AD password to the user within the access profile.

 

After configuring those objects, you need to append the access profile to the OWA VS
