Outlook authentication via APM

Dear Expert,

There is requirement that for outlook users authentication which should be done from specific country and block other countries. Because we have observed bruteforce attack on users email address which got blocked due to more number of tries.

Can someone suggest? is it possible to create policy in APM where we can mention that if user authentication request is coming from specific country then it is allowed or else blocked.

Note:

Exchange server is on-premise.
