Openssl high CPU Usage

We're seeing what appear to be randon CPU Spikes in AVR (CPU by process) for openssl. This can be as high as 20% CPU and last anywhere between 1 -24hrs.

 

We've been through and checked any batch jobs or ASM updates and can't find the culprit.

 

We're using Viprion 2250 Blades and running 13.1.0.8, the guest has 4 CPU's allocated.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.
