OpenSource tool to capture pool stats

Any Open Source tool capable of polling devices by SNMP is capable of monitoring pool stats.

 

I have "Cacti" polling pool stats amongst other things and there are templates available already got Big-IP stats.

 

These are the templates I have at the moment so any of the below can be polled by SNMP.
