only 3 icons appear on webtop

Hello,

 

 

I am running version 11.2.1 HF4. I have configured communciation directly with XML borker. After login only 3 applicaiton icon occurs and then other icons come after a gap 5-7 seconds.

 

 

I saw many of us have faced same issue, but is there any possible solution.
