Oneconnec, tcp port reuse & LB_FAILED

Could anyone help me understand on how Oneconnect works to at TCP level? I see frequent & short TCP sessions to the pool members (web servers), over the same source TCP port. My understanding is that...

Also the visible difference is that one pool has high, 5 digit port, and the troubled pool is assigned to four digit, 1xxx port number. Not sure whether that makes difference to F5 on server side tcp handling.
