Office 365 Address space endpoint access - using web proxy
See https://github.com/f5regan/o365-apm-split-tunnel / https://community.f5.com/t5/technical-articles/ssl-vpn-split-tunneling-and-office-365/ta-p/286163 as F5 APM supports split tunnel network traffic with python script as it uses the F5 icall options for triggering this script.

Thanks

Well before 16.1 hative office 365 support the python and icall were used for APM or SSLO. You will have to modify the python script as when it gets the data to save it to the proxy bypass address space. This is if by proxy you mean again F5 SWG not another proxy vendor as this a forum for F5 related things.
As sslo is closer to F5 SWG better play with this script GitHub - f5devcentral/sslo-o365-update: A small Python utility to download and maintain the dynamic set of Office 365 URLs as data groups and custom URL categories on the F5 BIG-IP, for use with SSL Orchestrator

Also worth noting that this capability is built into SSL Orchestrator 10.1.
