Obtaining a lab license question

Hi All,

 

I am looking to learn F5 and noticed that there is a lab license. However, I have two questions:

 

1) I am using Hyper-V. Can I download the Hyper-v appliance and apply the lab license?

 

2) If I purchase from a reseller (I am in UK), do they ship the download files?

 

Please advise.

    If you purchase the lab license it comes with a support contract bundled with it. When you have that support you should then be able to download the image from F5. If not you should be able to contact F5 support and they will sort you with access to a download.

    Let me know if you find a UK distributor, I can't find one right now and want to get the lab license - very frustrating.
