NTP fails with Windows Server
Hello guys,
I installed two BIP-IP last week (16.0.1), cannot synchronize with NTP servers (Windows Server).
[root@LB01:Peer Time Out of Sync:Changes Pending] config # ntpq -np
remote refid st t when poll reach delay offset jitter

172.16.155.42 .INIT. 16 u 59 64 0 0.000 0.000 0.000
172.16.155.45 .INIT. 16 u 58 64 0 0.000 0.000 0.000
Came across this article (https://support.f5.com/csp/article/K03294981), did the change on f5 a few hours ago, but still no luck...
Any chance someone had the same problem and was able to resolve it?
Thank you!
If when doing "ntpq -np" you see the same outpu then can you do the change as per the article also on the windows servers as you have configured the F5 to say that it wants ma stratum 16 but maybe the windows server does not honor this. Also read and follow this article for any other issues:

Also just in case manually set the time on the F5 to be close to the NTP server as if the offset is too big they may not sync:
