Just curious where the node definitions live, for instance I have a few nodes (192.168.254.x) which show up in the GUI but upon searching the /config area (and even the archive extracts) they do not ...
Try running the command "b save all" and then review the bigip.conf file. If it is still inconsistent, then it's not behaving as I would expect. Unfortunately version 9 has been out of support for some time.
