Yesterday I moved a complete configuration from 1 Bipg IP box to a new one (created a .ucs file on the old one and loaded it on the new one with command load /sys ucs rma.

NimbostratusLooks like I needed to restart all services, found here:
http://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/13000/700/sol13794
After the restart, interfaces were enabled.
