Node down problem

Hello

After I disabled first and then enabled two interfaces of f5, f5 couldn't send ping to nodes. I made reboot option and nothing changed. I controlled the 10g ports on interface. There is not problem on cables. Interface settings are the same with before changing. How can I solve this problem?
