node <ip addr>[:<service>] ... enable Not working

Hi,

I am using following commands of bigpipe to enabling/disabling nodes.

node [:] ... enable
node [:] ... disable

These commands are working along with service e.g.

bigpipe node 204.10.122.11:80 disable

Is working fine but when I tried to enable/disable perticular node (for all services) kind of ADDR DISABLE. I tried the following

bigpipe node 204.10.122.11 disable

But it is not working. Is it the correct way to do this? If not then can you please tell me that how can I ADDR DISABLE any node.
  • Just a disclaimer, this is really a product related question and with such you should be going through F5 Product Technical Support. The iControl forums are for assisting in the development of applications utilizing our iControl APIs.

But, you could phrase this question differently by not using the bigpipe commands but the iControl equivalents. I'll assume that you did so this time...

What exactly isn't working? When you disable a node address, is it's status still showing up as enabled? Or is it disabled when you view the node status but enabled as a pool member? Just saying that it isn't working doesn't really give us much to go by.
