No X25519 support for v13.x?

Some of the engineers from F5 told me that new features introduced in 14 releases will not be implemented in v13 version. Does anyone know if X25519 is going to be put in v13 branch?   5133173-Maj...

I guess if we need X25519 and TLS1.3 then we need to go to v14
