named-checkconf -t /var/named -z -j /config/named.conf and still seeing errors ? Did you use ZoneRunner to update BIND ? What do you mean by "tried KB but can't manage NS records" - were you not able to complete the KB steps ? Any specific errors ?Help guide the future of your DevCentral Community!
