new device bulid not able make active/standby

Hi ,

 

i build pair of device , after configuring the device are active [root@USABYLBABYC005:Active:In Sync] config [root@USABYLBABYC006:Active:In Sync] config

 

i tired all ways but still not coming up.i want to make active/standby

 

any help ..
