Network map

Is there a way to give access to a person only to the network map of a certain partition? I have tried auditor for the partition and they have view access to all partition. Also is there a way to provide direct access that anyone knows up? Like a URL directly to this page? Everytime i copy they shortcut and paste in into a browser that has not been logged it it redirects to the login page.

I would like to be able to use this view for the NOC.
