Network-error issue

I face issue that when i tried to access a mobile web through F5, I got that error message "network error", and it seems this message from the back end server, although when i tried to access it directly it goes fine, I found something and I suspect it may be the issue, when I viewed the page source of the BE I found url with that format for example " where the 10.10.10.1 is the BE server IP, is that URL format may cause the issue, may I need to replace it with the VIP for example, or even the hostname.
