Network Access Connection device was not found
My system OS is upgraded from 8.1 to windows 10. When I am trying to login to vpn, it is showing that Network access connection device was not found. I tried to un-install BIG IP Edge Client from Control panel. Again when I am trying to re-install, it is not installing into my system. Please suggest me to get out of this issue.

which BIGIP version? v11.5.3 HF1-ENG supports Win10 (it's the only one at this time). - Jessica_42876

I have successfully connected using the Edge client and Windows 10. I don't believe the issue is related to the version of Windows but rather artefacts left around by unknown network adapters. The following process has worked for us for all cases of "Network Access Connection not found" so far.
