    Yes as I mentioned above I got contacted by an agent who has recently resolved the issue ,

    I believe F5 community is more helpful and active than i thought , 

    I will try to download and activate license and see if everything is working.

I have put in the request for the free trial license with f5 LB so we are waiting 3 hours I have found attached the snapshot of how many times they will give him.
