need to upgrade f5 ltm from 11.4.1HF5 to 11.5.1 HF7

Hi,   Please share any document or step to upgrade version from 11.4.1 to 11.5.1 which I can refer.   I am using 4200 and 3600 device.   Do I need to reactivate the license before upgradatio...

I would like to know whether 11.5.1 HF7 is supported in LTM 3600 series as it has 2 CPU and 3.8 G memory.
