Hello f5 we are seeing the following message in our ltm logs this running version 11. Can you help me to determine if this message is an important one to worry about or if we should ignore it.
lb290h err apd[5258]: 01490000:3: modules/Authentication/Http/HttpAgent.cpp func: "getHttpUserInput()" line: 375 Msg: 8783a2b6: HTTP Agent: getHttpUserInput(): unable to decrypt user password due to NULL ciphertext

I can't speak for a specific reason, but you can get a similar message with APM LDAP auth/query, which appears to be harmless. Does it seem to be causing any problems other than the error message?
