need to extract a .UCS so i can make changes. Then change it back to UCS after makeing changes

Hi, i already extracted the ucs file by changing the extention to tar.gz and then used winrar to extract. Made the changes i needed to make, now i need to put everything back into a UCS file!! For F5 use! but i cant seem to get this part done. need help!
