My F5 Virtual edition license not able to activate

We purchased few Virtual LTM license from F5. But myself not able to activate the license in my F5 Virtual machine(BIGIP-11.6.0.0.0.401.ALL-scsi).kindly help

 

Myself getting below error

 

Licensing Error: Error 51133, F5 registration key is not compatible with the detected platform - This platform, "Z99V", cannot be activated with this registration key "NTKSHLW-ZUBXVMU".

    Hi,

    The key you provided is not a registration key but an add-on key.

    registration key format is:

    XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXXX

    Please do not post on any forum your key.. if you cannot register, someone else can use it and enable another VM and lock it on the F5 registration server.

    Even m getting the same error when registering with the key provided. any solution for this.

      Looks like your system is not compatible with F5 image. Check with F5 Support.

    Hi,

     

    What type of Hypervisor are you using? Is that VMware? If so I never saw platform Z99V when using VMware based VM.
