Multiple web server Azure -VE F5 single nic deployment Azure default routes , ICMP

Dev Setup F5 VE in Azure and Multiple Networks and Sublets: I am running F5 in Single Nic configuration in azure. I have multiple web application stoat needs to be monitored from Multiple web servers in Azure in different subset. They all are in different sublets and Networks in Azure. How can I host multiple web sites using the same Private IP address of the F5.

 

Here is the IP address of F5 private :10.4.0.4 VMs private IP : 10.3.0.4 VM 2 : 10.3.0.5 VM4 10.19.5.5 Vm5 10.19.5.7

 

What are the default routes that I need to add to F5 to reach these VM. I cannot get the VM health node working ICMP , ... https .... I have enabled ICMP on the server. I cannot ping form F5 CLI to VM. Regards SP
