EmployeeCould you explain this in more detail please - especially "Once a user uploads a file for example, the transmission is established over TCP port (e.g. 12345) and transmits over UDP (12345)". What do you mean it transmits over UDP? What does the transmitting and how does it use UDP? It's hard to engage with this question because it's very confusing so maybe you could explain what it is that you want it to do and provide some more details as well.
