Multiple pubic IP addresses for BIG IP VE in cloud

Hello,

 

Does anyone know how to deploy Big IP VE in VMC on AWS, or on AWS when there would be 200+ virtual servers, with each server requiring a public IP?

 

The process of trying to get that many public IPs via AWS or VMC is confusing me.
