Can someone post an example on how to do multiple authentication.
For example, first one could be radius auth and the next one could be ldap authentication.

Your case is bit different from the original purpose of this rule. Because your ldap servers are equivalent to each other, you can just use the authentication facility shiped with bigip as it is, though you can create a ldap virtual server in bigip with three of your ldap registries as server side, and use that virtual server in your ldap auth setting.
