multi-location - active/active - geolocation

whats the best way to implement multiple LTM's at multiple locations in active/active mode, with geolocation for nearest site?

    I would add 2 GTMs to the mix (1 in at least 2 different locations), put the VSs on the LTMs in all the locations into a single GTM Pool and use RTT as the LB method.
