MSSQL monitor not working

I have a pool with one mssql server and I wanted to set up the MSSQL monitor type. The problem is, it doesn't seem to make any mssql connection attempts at all.     I've filled out the username...

It does work with JDBC MSSQL 2k.

 

You just have to be careful, because nowdays MS is shipping out JDBC4MMSQL2005 by default..
