Moving vip config via BIG-IQ from one LB to another LB may not possible due to network configurations (VLAN, Self/Float-IP,subnet,etc) dependency. However you can copy existing vip configuration template and make necessary changes and deploy it. I have gone through some BIG-IQ usecase where they have defined some settings to generate template. :)

NoctilucentI agree cloning future are there but I was going through BIG-IQ usecase video. They are saying copy the vip template and modify per requirement and deploy it. So far I haven't use such option.
