Monitoring BIG-IP with CS-MARS

I have a customer that uses Cisco MARS to monitor/analyze their internet infrastructure. Among the Cisco equipment are two BIG-IPs. I would like to add these into the MARS for reporting (Utilization, syslog, ...) but you can only choose from Cisco product or a software host.

 

 

Within software host you can define more about the device i.e operating system, ip address, interfaces. Though i have completed this to the extent i feel is required it is not working.

 

 

Does any have any experience with adding a BIG-IP to CS-MARS or would anyone be able to lend a hand with configuring this? I have heard it is possible however this may not be the truth.
