Mix Physical and Virtual ADC's

Hi I want to add some redundancy to my dev environment but instead of purchasing a second physical ADC I want to run a virtual to create an active/standby pair.

Any advice? Do I need to run version 11? Currently I am on 10.

    Hi Darragh,

     

     

    It wouldn't be supported but you should be able to use network failover between the units. I'm not sure if config sync would work though. You'd probably be better off using two virtual editions in a pair and using the physical appliance for load testing or anything else that requires a physical unit.
