In a ucs file you have everything (system, network and modules configurations).

 

If you make a backup on your VM and import it on your physical BIG-IP you will have exactly the same configuration.

 

You will have to re-activate the licence because it won't be the good one that's all.

 

What you can do in step 4 is to make your physical BIG-IP active on a traffic-group with only one virtual server (better if it can be a pre-prod one).
