Migrating 10.2.4 ASM config from 3600 to 4200

plan on changing hardware from a 3600 to a 4200 and would like to reconfigure as little as possible. would loading an archive be an option of will the fail because of the platform difference?   wh...

When I migrated an ASM config to a new device I simply exported the security policy and then imported onto the new box. It picked up a couple of things that it didn't like (we went from 9.4.x to 11.2.x) but it still imported and the Overview section identified the changes I needed to make. Hope that helps, N
