Migrate 3900 to 4800i - f5 APM config

I am trying to migrate my APM config (12.1) that currently resides on a 3900 series hardware device to a new 4800i series hardware (12.1). it appears I cannot use the migrate commands because the config contains APM and not LTM nor GTM. Can someone help me with this? This article seems to say I can follow these steps but I am not sure. https://support.f5.com/csp/article/K82540512
