Memory allocation need to be changed.

On 7200v system (and may be others as well) , while creating a guest, the only option that we get in order to decide on the resources to provision, is selecting the number of cores!!! I have read documents, that states that the memory gets allocated accordingly.Can the memory allocation be changed without changing the number of cores ?
