Mcafee Anti-Spyware Product ID check fails

Hi, I have configured check for Mcafee anti-spyware for this products : McAfee Antispyware 8.8. when i set the product ID to Mcafee Anti-spyware 8.8, it always go to the fallback branch. when i set the Product ID to any, it succeeds. I tried all Mcafee Anti-Spyware Product IDs, but it fails ! Appreciate any help regarding this.

    same chance anyone here experienced exactly the same. i would contact support for this.
