Managing remote user account in LB

All,

 

I have configured LDAP as remote authentication in LB, I got few complaints from users belongs to read only group, that they were unable login in LB. Is there any way in LB, which I can identify that which user belongs which remote role group. For example, I have configured two remote groups, Admin-access & lb-ro-access in LB. I checked the audit logs in LB via cli, but I am unable to identify that which users are belong to which remote group.

    No, There is no option to find remote user details in LB but certainly find user group details through window machine.

    Open window command prompt & run below command. It will fetch group details from AD.

     net USER /domain

    Hope your problem will solved.
