Managing remote user account in LB

All,   I have configured LDAP as remote authentication in LB, I got few complaints from users belongs to read only group, that they were unable login in LB. Is there any way in LB, which I can ide...

No, There is no option to find remote user details in LB but certainly find user group details through window machine.

Open window command prompt & run below command. It will fetch group details from AD.

 net USER /domain

Hope your problem will solved.
